MAL Rewrite is a group of volunteers whose goal is to give every single entry on MyAnimeList its own fully original synopsis written and thoroughly edited by dedicated members of the community to ensure top-notch quality. The writer first writes the synopsis. It will then be polished into a (near-)complete product by an editor. The writer themselves will then optionally go over the improved synopsis before it's handed over to a coordinator for a final check, and the synopsis is officially ready to be uploaded![The main editing process used to consist of two phases with two editors going over the synopsis separately. These phases have since been merged into the single editing stage we use today.]
